Check out Procedures Prior to your departure, please remember to do the following in order to receive your full deposit refund

Check out is at 11am

1. Please remove all sheets (flat and fitted) and pillow cases from any beds that were slept in and leave on top of bed.

2. All dishes and cookware must be clean or in the dishwashers and turned on prior to departure.

3. Please put all dirty bath towels on the bathroom floor

4. Please remove all garbage and deposit in exterior can. Trash pick-ups are on Tuesdays & Fridays, if you have trash to dispose of, please bring the can to the street the night before.

5. Please double check for personal property as we are not responsible for anything left behind.

6. Please double check that all doors (including the doggie door) are securely locked before you leave & return keys to the designated lock boxes. Golf cart keys go in the pantry & house keys go in the front door box.

7. Please make sure that golf cart is in the designated area and plugged in.
