1. You must acquire permission from HomeOwner to use Golf Cart
2. You must be at least 16 years of age or older to operate Golf Cart
3. You must provide the names, copy of valid drivers license, and proof of valid auto insurance to operate the Golf Cart
4. All rules of the road that apply to Motor Vehicles apply to the operation of the Golf Cart
5. No Drinking at any time before or while operating the Golf Cart. (Driving a Golf Cart while intoxicated carries the same penalties as operating a Motor Vehicle)
6. The Golf Cart can only be driven if all proper lights, signals,horn and other safety devices are properly functioning.
7. Please do not drive the golf cart on any major Highways or Roads. It must stay in the Neighborhood and on the Beach Rd.
